Drinking tap water is not recommended anywhere in Ukraine. Bottled water is cheap and comes both still and fizzy.
Do not drink tap water. Major reason of this is that water in many regions is disinfected using chlorine for desinfection, so taste is horrible. Whenever possible buy bottled water, which is widely available and has good quality.
